You have a unique opportunity to participate in a real hunting - a collection of truffles! 20% of all truffles of the world grow in Italy. And the Tuskans are very lucky: they have the opportunity to cook fresh truffles all year round, because only 3 types of delicacy mushrooms have taken root right now!

Experienced "trifolio" and trained search dogs, possessing a phenomenally subtle scent, will accompany you on the "hunt". He will explain the actions, traditions and the search mechanism, and then we will go in search of the forest, where the mushroom grows, and you will collect it yourself.

 

And after the "hunt" you will find a master class for cooking dishes from this stunning delicacy and dinner with freshly prepared truffles and a glass of exquisite Tuscan wine.
